Problem Solving Assessment test also known as PSA Test has been announced by CBSE (Central board of secondary education) which is supposed to be as “mandatory” so its really important for the CBSE students of class 9th and class 11th. Now, as per CBSE there is no specific syllabus for the PSA test as its going to assess the life skills.
Some details about the Problem Solving Assessment Test (PSA Test) :-
It has been announced by CBSE that the PSA test will be focusing on three different fields :-
- quantitative reasoning :- This part is going to include the reasings you see the people around you, your social life and the subject social science will be included.
- qualitative reasoning :- This part will include Mathematics and Science i.e you need to study about the reasonings seen in those subjects.
- language conventions:- Now, this part will be containing the material to test your communication skills, written skills, grammer skills and vocabulary power.
The marks scored in this PSA test will be counted towards your FA-4 which is 10% of your academic year, now class 9th students will get a chance to improve their PSA as they can sit again in class 10th with class 9th students, and the score will be reflected at the end of the year. PSA test for class 11th students will reflect the marks at the end of their board exams.

the marks obtained in PSA test of class 11 will be added to our board exam of class 12 or not.
this book is different from the other books. i’am so interested to give this exam and i’am so thanx ful to CBSE to provide this easy and understandable studys.
Yeah … I know that PSA – it is kinda burden for most of the students … for me too …. but there are a lot of interesting thing in this PSA … like Quantitative Reasonings … the questions in this part are kinda interesting … but I am not interested in the science and maths part … even I don’t LIKE maths and science …. bt still I am very exited for the exam …. I think I will be scoring good marks ….

In my school PSA will be held on 16th feb. Maths and Science part is easy for me but other part is too tough for me. If I can not pass then I will die!!!!!!

If i got 32% in language convention , 91% in quantitative reasoning and 95% in qualitative reasoning in class 11th then i can pass in psa or not .i can promoted to class 12th or not.
